Who We Are

A construction business built around clear scope and practical delivery.

We do not treat every Wendy house as the same product. Size, material, rooms, plumbing, electricity, foundation, finishes and location all matter.

Our work covers compact structures through to larger one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and custom residential layouts. Depending on the project, clients may choose Nutec fibre-cement cladding or traditional log/pine timber.

Nutec fibre cement provides the painted residential appearance seen on many modern projects. Log/pine construction provides the natural timber appearance traditionally associated with Wendy houses. Both systems can be configured according to the intended building use.

We also structure quotations so that important items are visible: foundation type, floor system, windows and doors, roof, ceiling, drywall, insulation, plumbing, electrical work and optional items. Kitchen cupboards and bedroom built-in cupboards are quoted separately unless specifically included in the written quotation.

Understanding Our Building Systems

Nutec and log pine are different materials. Wendy house is the building category.

This distinction is important. A Wendy house may be built using Nutec fibre cement or using log/pine timber. We show both systems clearly so clients know exactly what they are requesting.

Nutec Houses

Nutec houses use fibre-cement exterior cladding over a timber structural framework. They can be configured as compact rooms, cottages or larger family houses and finished in different exterior paint colours.

Log Pine Wendy Houses

Our Standard

The building specification must be clear before construction starts.

Our standard Nutec construction approach is based on a raised timber structure on poles or stilts. Concrete slab foundations can be quoted separately when selected by the client.

Foundation Poles / Stilts

Our normal foundation approach for standard raised Nutec and Wendy-house construction.

Floor Varnished Wooden Floor

Timber floor structure and varnish according to the approved specification.

Windows Aluminium Windows

Standard specification allows up to five aluminium windows depending on the agreed house layout.

Entrance Aluminium Sliding Door

One aluminium sliding door may form part of the standard specification where appropriate.

Internal Finish Ceiling & Drywall

Ceiling and drywall installation with insulation according to the written scope.

Finishing Interior & Exterior Painting

Painting is included where it forms part of the agreed Nutec specification.

Optional Foundation Concrete Slab

Slab foundations are quoted separately and may require additional site-specific work.

Optional Joinery Kitchen & Bedroom Cupboards

Built-in cupboards are quoted separately unless specifically listed in the quotation.

Transparent Pricing Reference

Know the main rates before requesting a quotation.

These are current standard reference rates for qualifying projects. Final pricing still depends on the layout, location, access and approved specification.

Log / pine timber construction R4,600/m²
Veranda construction R2,500/m²

How We Approach Projects

A better build starts with fewer assumptions.

01

Clear Scope

We identify the size, material, rooms, utilities, foundation and optional items before construction is priced.

02

Real Project Photography

Our website uses real Nutec and timber project images so clients can compare actual finishes and construction styles.

03

Project-Specific Quoting

The final quotation reflects the required project rather than treating every building as an identical package.

04

Workmanship Support

Our standard terms include a 12-month workmanship warranty, subject to the written quotation and agreed conditions.

Real Projects

See the construction, not just marketing promises.

Our project and gallery pages show Nutec houses, timber Wendy houses, finished interiors, verandas, raised structures and construction progress from our project image collection.

About Us FAQ

Common questions about our company and building systems.

We build Nutec fibre-cement houses and Wendy houses using either Nutec fibre cement or log/pine timber. Projects can include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, verandas and custom layouts.
No. Wendy house describes the building type. A Wendy house can be constructed using Nutec fibre-cement cladding or traditional log/pine timber depending on the selected system.
Our standard method is construction on poles or stilts with a timber floor. A concrete slab foundation can be quoted separately.
Plumbing and electrical work can form part of the approved project specification. The quotation should clearly state what is included, including the agreed connection distances.
Requirements vary according to the property, municipality, building size and intended use. Building plans, engineering and municipal submission are therefore project-specific options rather than being automatically included for every customer.
No. Kitchen cupboards and built-in bedroom cupboards are quoted separately unless they are specifically included in the written quotation.
Gauteng is our priority market, including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Centurion, Midrand and surrounding areas. Suitable projects can also be considered in Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State and other South African locations.
