Our normal standard is construction on poles or stilts. A slab foundation can be quoted separately.

Building Plans

Building plans can be arranged where the project, property or municipality requires them.

Municipal Submission

Municipal plan submission is not automatically required by every customer and can be selected separately where applicable.

Kitchen Cupboards

Kitchen cupboards are not included automatically in the square-metre construction rate and are quoted separately.

Bedroom Cupboards

Built-in bedroom cupboards are optional and are quoted separately where requested.

Custom Layouts

Bedroom sizes, bathroom position, kitchen layout and veranda configuration can be discussed before quotation.

This is the traditional timber Wendy-house style using pine or log-style timber exterior boards. The wood can retain the familiar brown finish or can be painted. Our current standard rate is approximately R4,600 per square metre for applicable projects from 28m² and above.
It depends on the look, budget and maintenance preference you want. Nutec provides a modern fibre-cement finish while log/pine provides a traditional timber appearance. Both can be used for functional Wendy-house layouts.
Yes. We can divide the total floor area into one or more bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and other spaces according to the selected design.
Yes. Bathroom plumbing, shower, toilet, basin, kitchen plumbing and electrical installation can be included in the project specification.
