It describes the layout and type of building in our range, not one particular wall material. Your two-bedroom Wendy house can use Nutec fibre cement or log / pine timber. The selected material, floor area and project specification determine the price.

Standard raised foundation system. A concrete slab is quoted separately.
Timber flooring with a varnished finish under the normal raised foundation.
Nutec fibre cement or log / pine timber, depending on the material selected.
Windows positioned according to the agreed two-bedroom layout.
A standard aluminium sliding entrance can be included where specified.
Normal internal doors for bedrooms and bathroom.
Internal wall and ceiling finishing according to the approved scope.
Insulation with the applicable internal wall and ceiling system.
Pitched or flat roof, depending on the selected house design.
Nutec is painted; pine structures can be painted, stained or varnished.
Bathroom plumbing can be incorporated into the approved specification.
Full residential wiring can be included according to the written quotation.
Where an included service is removed completely, these approximate values help explain the potential adjustment. They are not deductions from a quotation that already excludes the work.
Removing the entire plumbing scope from an applicable quotation can allow an approximate R25,000 deduction, subject to the final written quotation.
Removing the complete electrical scope from an applicable quotation can allow an approximate R22,000 deduction, subject to the final specification.
