The reference rates are R5,500/m² for Nutec and R4,600/m² for log / pine on qualifying 28 m²+ projects. Room count alone does not determine price. Smaller units, custom layouts and the final scope require an individual quotation.

Choose the material, enter the main building area and add the veranda separately. This estimate uses house area × material rate + veranda area × R2,500/m² .
Where a complete plumbing or electrical scope is already included in an applicable quotation and is being removed, the following approximate exclusion values can be considered:

Exclusions are not automatic discounts. Deduct a scope only when it is included in the applicable base quotation and approved for removal. Do not add these amounts again where the services already form part of the package.

No. Our normal foundation is on poles or
stilts with a timber floor system.
A concrete slab foundation is
quoted separately.
Are kitchen and bedroom cupboards included?
Kitchen cupboards and built-in bedroom
cupboards are separately quoted unless
specifically included in the
written quotation.
Can I add a veranda?
Yes. A veranda can be added to Nutec or
log / pine Wendy houses. The standard
reference rate starts from approximately
R2,500/m², subject to the final design
and specification. Enter it separately
in the

Do Wendy houses need municipal approval?
Requirements vary by property, building use
and municipality. Building plans, engineering
and municipal submission are optional
quotation services where required.

What payment terms do you use?
The standard stages are 60% deposit,
30% at roof level and 10% on completion
according to the approved scope.
Standard project terms provide a 12-month
