Wooden Floors
Wooden floor construction, finished and varnished.
Ceiling & Insulation
Ceiling and drywall finishes with insulation according to the scope.
Plumbing
Bathroom, kitchen, water and sewage requirements can be included.
Electrical Work
Wiring, switches, plugs and DB-box requirements as specified.
Optional project assistance
Building plans and municipal assistance.

Are cupboards and concrete slabs included?
Kitchen cupboards and bedroom cupboards are
quoted separately. Our standard foundation
option is raised construction on poles or
stilts; slab foundations can be quoted
separately. Check the agreed specification
in your quotation.
Can plumbing and electrical work be included?
Yes. Bathroom, kitchen, water, sewage and
electrical requirements can be included
according to the project scope. The quotation
confirms the work and items specified for
your building.
Can you assist with plans and municipal submission?
We can discuss building plans, site visits,
sketches, 3D concepts, municipal submission
and engineer assistance where required.
These services are considered for the
particular project and are not automatically
included in the construction rate.
