- Design & Layout: Choose a plan or bring your sketch. We advise on room sizes, windows, doors, verandas and roof pitch.
- Materials: Kiln-dried SABS timber, Nutec cladding, corrosion-resistant fasteners, quality roofing (Chromadek/IBR).
- Foundation & Frame: Levelled supports or slab as required. Structural frame set out square and plumb.
- Cladding & Roofing: Weatherproof envelope, flashings, overhangs and membrane; insulated ceiling for comfort.
- Finishing: Doors, windows, interior lining, electrical and optional plumbing; final snag list and handover.

Can you build in Botswana?
We regularly quote and build across the border—Gaborone, Lobatse, Tlokweng and, by arrangement, Francistown. We advise on transport and site readiness.
Do you help with bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. We fit plumbing, geysers and kitchenettes for residential cottages (1–3 bedrooms) as specified in your quote.
How long does installation take?
Small studios complete in a few days; larger 2–3 bedroom cottages take about a week or a bit more depending on finishes and weather.
